What shipping method do you use?
All orders are shipped USPS. For most items, I use media mail or ground advantage. Please be aware that neither of these services have guaranteed delivery dates, and it is not uncommon for a package (particularly a tube) to take longer than the USPS estimate.

How much does shipping cost?
All items ship within the U.S. at no extra cost. If you want a faster shipping service, that can usually be arranged for an extra fee.

What is your return policy?
I have a strict policy of no refunds or returns. The only exception is if an item is lost, damaged, or otherwise not as described, in which case I will make it right either with a replacement or a full refund. Please note that, due to the limited nature of most of the items I sell, a replacement is not always possible, in which case a refund will be made.

Do you ship internationally?
No. Unfortunately, due to a significant portion of insured international shipments getting lost and the insurance claims being denied, I am now only shipping within the U.S.

Can my order be cancelled?
Unfortunately, I do not cancel orders. This is largely due to the fact that PayPal fees are non-refundable, so issuing a refund costs sellers more than what they actually received when payment was made. Please ensure your interest in an item before making your purchase. In isolated circumstances, I may be willing to make an exception, assuming you send me an additional non-refundable PayPal payment to cover my costs in issuing the refund. However, this can be time consuming for both of us, and costly to you, so the best rule of thumb is to ensure your interest before making a purchase.

Are your items authentic?
The best way to answer this question is to contact me directly to ask about the status of a specific item. In general, I do not sell pirated items (exact replicas of copyrighted material) or illegally produced items. I do sell "unauthorized" music which is legal to sell according to "fair use" statutes. This includes things like remixes where a copyrighted work is used to create a new work. This type of material is legal to produce and sell, as long as a "significant change" is made to the original copyrighted work. On the other hand, much of the music I sell is completely authorized (this is why it is best to contact me to ask about the status of a particular item). In regards to the art I sell, it is all authorized by the artist (or other party legally permitted to make print editions). However, some of it is "fan art," meaning that it is not authorized by the individual or group depicted in the image. For example, a certain artist may paint an image of a particular celebrity and make a print run of that image without the celebrity's explicit permission, and that may be something I would sell. However, I would not sell an unauthorized reproduction of that image (meaning a print edition that was made without the artist's - or other authorized party's - approval). "Fan art" does not include "stealing" an authorized image. For example, it may include an artist creating an original image for a well-known film, but would not include that artist (without permission) printing an existing movie poster that is owned by the movie company. As with the unauthorized music, not all of the art I sell is "fan art," and plenty of it is authorized by both the artist and the entity being depicted. Again, this is why questions about the authenticity of a specific item are best dealt with by messaging me about a particular item.
